Reservation and Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation

Reservations can be made via the online calendar or by contacting the instructor directly. It is recommended to book sessions at least 24 hours in advance.

 

2. Payment

Payment can be made:

  • At the session (before each class and depending on the method), or

  • In advance or during the first session, in the form of packages of several sessions (by Twint, in cash, bank transfer, WISE, REVOLUT also accepted).

 

3. Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made at least 24 hours before the start of the in-person session. At least 12 hours for online courses.

  • After this deadline, the session is considered due and fees may apply.

  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing or by phone call (text, WhatsApp, email or via the booking platform).

 

4. Absence or delay

  • In the event of absence not reported at least 4 hours in advance, the session will be billed as completed.

  • If the client is late, the session will not be extended.

  • If the teacher is late, the lost time will be made up or a new session will be offered.

 

5. Packages

  • Packages are non-refundable.

  • Unused sessions remain valid for six months from the first session.

  • Packages are personal and cannot be transferred to another person.

  • Sessions can be scheduled freely depending on availability.

 

6. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure (illness, technical problem, family emergency, etc.), the session may be rescheduled free of charge, even at the last minute.

 

7. Modification of the policy

This policy is subject to update. Any changes will be communicated in advance to the individuals concerned.
